Pure Currencies is a trading name providing currency exchange and international payment introducer services. Payment services are provided by our regulated partners (see footer disclosures). Our registered contact address is St Mary's Court, The Broadway, Amersham, HP7 0UT.
We collect information you provide when enquiring or opening an account, including name, contact details, transaction details and identification documents required for regulatory checks (KYC/AML). We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) when you use this site.
To respond to enquiries, provide and administer our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money-laundering), prevent fraud, and — where you have consented — send you market updates.
We share personal data with our regulated payment partners (Equals Money Plc and Sciopay Ltd) to execute transactions, with identity-verification providers, and with regulators, law enforcement or professional advisers where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
Some of our service providers operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations (typically a minimum of 5 years after the end of the relationship under UK AML rules).
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Support@pure-currencies.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use essential cookies to operate the site and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
